Our initial consultation visit will include advice on design, layout,
style, planning matters, building regulations, and construction.
We carry out a full measured survey if you decide to proceed avoiding
the need to employ a third party company saving both time and money.
You can also appoint us for a consultation for a property you are
considering to purchase. This can be invaluable to realise your ideas
and aspirations for the property prior to purchase.
Our Planning
Design service will include full research into Local Authority Planning
Policy, full scheme design, planning drawings, planning applications,
forms and letters. The only additional cost will be the planning
application fees payable direct to your local authority.
Once planning has been approved or whilst
planning is being obtained the next step is to produce detailed drawings
and obtain building regulations approval from the Local Authority.
Our detailed drawings include plans, elevations, cross sections,
details and extensive notes specifying materials and methods of
construction. The drawings are also suitable for obtaining quotations
for the building works.
